+ Work in progress We have received the authorization from the expert and we are proceeding with the authorized work on the file. | |
+ In storage Our work is now completed, we have contacted the policyholder and he is not ready to receive his devices. We have a reminder date to follow up. | |
+ Booking delivery appointment Our work is completed, we will contact the policyholder to schedule the delivery/restauration on site/install/uninstall of the device. | |
+ Delivery appointment date reserved We contacted the policyholder and scheduled the appointment in order to deliver the devices and send the invoice to the expert subsequently. | |
+ Finalization of the file The steps: expertise/works/delivery are completed and we are in the process of compiling the cost to be add to the invoice. We will be sending the invoice shortly. Devices declared lost are sent for recycling, upon receiving your authorization. Please note, that sorage fees may apply if we do not obtain your authorization to dispose of the lost items. We will do follow-ups weekly, to obtain your authorization. | |
+ Completed We have sent all the documents relating to the file and our file is now complete. |
